MEDICAL CENTER GETS 2 NEW PHYSICIANS.

Dr. Mona Abousleman is not employed by Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center as a family practice physician. She works with Dr. William Leeson but has an affiliation with the hospital. A brief in Saturday's Health and Science section stated otherwise.

Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center has added two physicans to its staff.

Mona Abousleman, M.D., has joined Christus as a family practice physician. Prior to joining Christus she was a contract physician in the offices of Dr. William Leeson.

Abousleman received her bachelor's in Anthropology from Pomona College in Claremont, Calif. She earned her doctorate in medicine from The University of New Mexico School of Medicine.

Additionally, Dr. Anna Voltura has joined the hospital as a specialist in oncological breast surgery and basic breast reconstruction. She had been in private practice in Santa Fe.

Dr. Voltura received her bachelor's degree and doctorate in medicine, and completed residency in general surgery at The University of New Mexico. She completed her fellowship in breast surgery at Johns Hopkins University's Department of Surgical Oncology in Baltimore, Md., in 2008 where she also trained in surgical breast reconstructive techniques.
