MEDIA LOGIC SUED BY SHAREHOLDERS

PLAINVILLE, Mass., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Media Logic, Inc. (AMEX: TST) said that it was served on Sept. 21, 1993 with two complaints filed by shareholders against the company and three of its officers.
The complaints were filed in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and allege negligent misrepresentations and violations of the federal securities laws. The complaints seek to have the named plaintiffs certified as representatives of classes of persons purchasing common stock of Media Logic between Jan. 5, 1993 and Sept. 10, 1993 and seek unspecified monetary damages.
The company believes that the allegations are without merit and plans to defend vigorously.
On Sept. 9, 1993, the company announced that it expects sales in the fiscal second quarter ending Sept. 30, 1993 to be significantly lower than the $7.1 million of sales in the fiscal first quarter. Subsequently, the price of the company's common stock declined.
