 Early media reports on the settlement with Mead Johnson regarding


competitive issues pertaining to the marketing of infant formula have erroneously equated the complaint of conspiracy filed against Abbott Laboratories with the complaint of "non-collusive facilitating practices" settled with Mead Johnson.
