MDI Rectifies Previous News Headline Describing Form 8-K Filed with the SEC.


SAN ANTONIO -- MDI (1) (Multiple Document Interface) A Windows function that allows an application to display and lets the user work with more than one document at the same time. , Inc. (Nasdaq:MDII MDII Machine Detected Interoffice Irregularity ) provides this clarification to a headline inadvertently applied to a Form 8-K Form 8-K

The form required by the SEC when a publicly held company incurs any event that might affect its financial situation or the share value of its stock.

The words "Bankruptcy or Receivership" were inadvertently used in a headline describing a Form 8-K filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this morning. That Form 8-K was limited to announcing the issuance by the Company of a press release earlier this week describing the granting by The Nasdaq of an additional 180 days for the Company to meet its bid price requirements.

The words were automatically inserted and their usage was inadvertent.

The Company is solvent by all standards and is in compliance with all applicable Nasdaq and SEC governance and listing requirements Listing requirements
