MCI INTRODUCES NEW RETAIL LINE OF PREPAID CALLING CARDS.ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 2, 1996--MCI today unveiled a new retail line of prepaid calling card services The software support for PC Cards.
