Municipal Bond Investors Assurance Corporation (MBIA Corp.) has announced the construction of a 60,000-square-foot expansion to its existing headquarters. Purchased from Trafalgar House Trafalgar House may refer to:

Trafalgar House (company), a defunct British conglomerate
Trafalgar House (Wiltshire), a country house in Wiltshire, England associated with the Earl Nelson family.

Real Estate in 1989, MBIA's 97,500-square-foot headquarters is situated on King Street (Route 120) in Armonk, New York Armonk is a census-designated place (CDP) located in the town of North Castle in Westchester County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the CDP population was 3,461.

Armonk is home to the headquarters of IBM. . Construction is now underway, with final completion of the building scheduled for spring, 1993.

Trafalgar is also developing Kings Wood Corporate Center, a 720,000 square foot office park also located on King Street, just across from IBM's world headquarters.
