An FTE of 1.0 means that the person is equivalent to a full-time worker, while an FTE of 0.5 signals that the worker is only half-time. .

THE PACESETTER USC'S MARSHALL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS The Marshall School of Business (also known as USC Marshall School of Business) is the business school at the University of Southern California. It is the largest of USC's 17 professional schools. The current Dean is James G. Ellis.

AFTER three years in second place, Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California The U.S. News & World Report ranked USC 27th among all universities in the United States in its 2008 ranking of "America's Best Colleges", also designating it as one of the "most selective universities" for admitting 8,634 of the almost 34,000 who applied for freshman admission  is again the largest MBA program in Los Angeles County.

It regained the top spot even as it saw a 2.1 percent decrease in full-time equivalent enrollment, to 1,069 from 1,092 from the previous year. The shift came as full-time enrollment declined by 35 students and part-time enrollment increased by 25.
