MB Financial Signs Agreement to Acquire First National Bank of Lincolnwood and its Parent, First Lincolnwood Corp.

MB Financial, Inc., (Nasdaq: MBFI MBFI Multiplex Bus Fault Isolator ) parent company of MB Financial Bank, N.A. announced that it has signed agreements to acquire all of the outstanding shares of First National Bank of Lincolnwood and its parent, First Lincolnwood Corp., pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
