He is the first Latino mayor of Los Angeles since Cristobal Aguilar in 1872. is scheduled to deliver his first State of the City address at 5:30 p.m. today at the Accelerated School, 4000 S. Main St., Los Angeles.
The speech will be televised live by KABC KABC Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children (Channel 7) and on the city's cable station, Channel 35, and Webcast at www.lacity.org.
