MAXIMUS stays downtown with 55,000 s/f renewal.

 Williams represented MAXIMUS, a leading government services company, in its leasing of a 55,400-square-foot, seven-year renewal and expansion deal at 30 Broad Street.

Previously, MAXIMUS, which provides program management, consulting and information technology services to the heath care industry, occupied floors 16, 18 and 19 in the 49-story property, which is owned by 30 Broad Street Associates, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

. Under the terms of the lease, MAXIMUS will now occupy floors 16, 17, 18 and 19, marking an expansion of approximately 14,000 square feet. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

GVA Williams team of vice chairman Brian Given, managing director Steven Jaray and director Michael Berger negotiated on behalf of MAXIMUS. Norman Sturner, general partner of Murray Hill Murray Hill may refer to one of the following places:

Other tenants in the 430,000-square-foot building include the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)
