MAXIMUS Wins $3.9 Million Rebid to Administer Vermont Managed Care Enrollment Project.Business Editors MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 2000 MAXIMUS, Inc. has been awarded a $3.9 million, two-year contract from the Office of Vermont Health Access (OVHA OVHA Office of Vermont Health Access ). The contract provides managed care enrollment, eligibility support, and member services to Vermonters who receive comprehensive health care coverage, or prescription assistance, through the state operated Health Access Program, Medicaid, and Dr. Dynasaur Dr. Dynasaur is a publicly-funded health care program in the U.S. state of Vermont, created in 1989 under Governor Madeleine M. Kunin, a Democrat. Vermont has an estimated 140,000 people under age 18 (90,000 under 300% of the FPL). Dr. Dynasaur covers 56,000. programs. These programs cover uninsured adults, children, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with disabilities. The contract covers the two-year period from July 2000 to June 2002, and includes a renewal option for three additional years.
