Two masked and armed men held up the In-N-Out Burger In-N-Out Burger is a privately owned and operated fast food restaurant chain in the Western United States. The robbers, armed with a handgun and a knife, were hiding near the restaurant dumpsters and confronted an employee who took out the trash about 15 minutes after the 1 a.m. closing, according to according to

After entering the restaurant, the suspect armed with a handgun ordered the manager to open the safe and give him the money, O'Hanlon said. When the manager explained that the safe operated on a time lock, the suspect threatened a female employee and kicked her in the side, the sheriff's sergeant said.

The robbers - one wearing a ski mask and the other a mask made from a nylon stocking - forced the manager and two other employees into the freezer and took an undetermined amount of money from the cash register before fleeing, O'Hanlon said.

The kicked employee later was treated at Los Robles Robles is a common surname in the Spanish language meaning oaks, and may refer to:

O'Hanlon said he was comparing notes with sheriff's officers who are investigating the robbery of the In-N-Out Burger on Ventura Boulevard Ventura Boulevard is one of the primary east-west thouroughfares in the San Fernando Valley; as it was originally a part of the El Camino Real (the trail between Spanish missions), Ventura Boulevard is the oldest route in the San Fernando Valley. It was also U.S.  in Camarillo earlier in the week.

Sgt. Keith Lazz of the sheriff's Camarillo station said a lone man with a handgun held up the walk-up window at the Camarillo restaurant about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and fled with money from the cash register.

The two suspects in the Newbury Park robbery were described as male Latinos, each about 5 feet 9 inches and 150 pounds. One wore a blue sweat shirt, dark pants and black-and-white tennis shoes tennis shoes nplzapatillas fpl de tenis

. The other wore a black sweatshirt, black pants, black boots and white cotton gloves.

O'Hanlon asked for anyone who might have seen a suspicious car or individuals near the restaurant around the time of the robbery to call the Sheriff's Department at (805) 494-8200 or (805) 494-8215.
