MARKET PROFILES/RESIDENTIAL TRENDS FORMS ALLIANCE WITH NEW HOME TRENDS OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

 COSTA MESA, Calif., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move designed to provide clients expanded and improved service, a Northern California quarterly audit and a Southern California quarterly audit have been combined into one single, unified publication to provide up-to-date information concerning new home market trends.
 The new publication, which joins "Residential Trends" published by Costa Mesa-based Residential Trends Corp., an affiliate of Market Profiles and "New Home Trends" by New Home Trends of Sacramento, is to be named "Residential New Home Trends."
 "The service we're now offering is unprecedented," said Boyd Martin, chairman of Market Profiles. "It gives home builders a clear, concise picture of nearly the entire California real estate market with insight that will help them plan for a successful future."
 The new quarterly audit, Residential New Home Trends, will provide a comprehensive analysis on new home residential real estate for markets throughout California. Jointly Market Profiles and New Home trends "have aggressive expansion plans," Martin said.
 As a combined publication, "Residential New Home Trends" provides clients with data covering Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and San Diego counties in Southern California. Northern California coverage includes the Central Valley of California, i.e. the Sacramento region through the Fresno region, and the East Bay region.
