MANE USA expands in NJ.Beragan Construction Company is serving as design/builder for an expansion to the MANE, USA headquarters/lab/manufacturing center at 60 Demarest Drive in Wayne, New Jersey Wayne is a township in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States, located less than 20 miles from midtown Manhattan. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township had a total population of 54,069. , MANE USA is the U.S. arm of large French fragrance and flavoring firm. The 6,800-square-foot manufacturing building will serve as a Fragrance Blending Facility. It will include 4,500 square feet of mezzanine labs and offices, with expansion capabilities for another 4,500 square feet of mezzanine space. The structural steel and masonry facilities features explosion proof and blast release design. Special white concrete block is being used to match the existing building's facade. A sophisticated odor control system is being installed. The architect for the project is the Henderson Design Group of Raritan, New Jersey
