The City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank announced that Michael J. indiveri has been elected to its board of directors.

Indiveri is currently executive vice president and chief financial officer City &, Suburban. He joined City & Suburban in 1997 as senior vice president and was promoted to executive vice president last year. He joined from New York Federal Savings Bank, where he also held the title of senior vice president.

Indiveri earned his M.B.A. from Fordham University and his B.A. in political science from Rutgers University. He is a certified public accountant. Indiveri continues to keep current with numerous management, taxation, and business courses and seminars. His professional affiliations include the AICPA-Tax Division. He has served as a visiting instructor at Rutgers University and at the Jersey City State College.

James B. Tully has been named a senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis.

Tully, who closed more than one million SF in a three-month period in 2000, was elevated from first vice president. He has been with CB Richard Ellis since 1992. Tully, who is based in the firm's Paramus office, was recently recognized as a top producer at CB Richard Ellis' annual national sales recognition conference, having closed nearly 1.5 million SF of office and industrial space, primarily in Orange, Rockland and Bergen Counties. Among his recent assignments, Tully represented GRS Enterprise Corp. in the sale of a 350,000 SF warehouse in Newburgh and intercos America in its purchase of a 108,000 SF facility in Congers.

A resident of Nanuet, Tully also serves as vice chairman of the board of directors of the Rockland Economic Development Corp. and is an active member of the Orange County Partnership. He is former chairman of the Rockland County Builders Association's government affairs committee and also served on that group's board of directors.

Joseph Barbaccia, president of Joseph Gregory, Inc., announced that Jean North has recently joined the firm as ales and rental manager.

North brings over 20 years of corporate experience to the company, including managing her own interior design and professional organizing firms. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New York and New Jersey and is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. North has been involved in all aspects of real estate, from rentals to managing an onsite leasing office. Some of her past projects have included The Gershwin, The Madison Belvedere, the Ocean, and City Lights at Queens Landing. She has worked closely with such developers as Rose Associates, Jack Resnick and Sons, the Moinian Group, and Trotwood Corporation.

Jim Reichek has joined Kushner Companies as a managing director, announced chairman Charles Kushner. He will help manage the Florham Park, N.J.-based company's real estate transactions and is expected to concentrate on large-scale acquisition transactions. He will report to Kushner and his partners, Richard Stadtmauer and Jeffrey Freireich.

Reichek has held senior-level positions in real estate finance for more than 13 years. Most recently, he was a senior managing director at Bear, Steams & Co. Inc., where he ran the commercial mortgage department with overall capiauthority for Bear Stearns commercial lending business. His management responsibilities included the origination, credit underwriting, pricing, hedging, securitization and trading of commercial mortgages. During Reichek's four years at Bear Steams, he was instrumental in building the firm's highly-successful commercial mortgage backed securities business.

Reichek, of Madison, N.J., has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brandeis University and a master's degree in finance from the University of Chicago. He is a former member of the board of governors of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association.

Friedman Alpren & Green LLP announced that Theodore Port has been admitted as a partner at the firm. Port is a tax specialist who works with clients in a broad range of industries on tax planning, research, and compliance.

Richard J. Michaels has joined Colliers ABR Inc. as a managing director, announced president Randall Johnston.

Michaels, a former senior vice president at Trammel Crow Company, has held senior positions for such real estate firms as Jones Lang Wootton USA and Sylvan Lawrence Company. Michaels began his real estate career as an owner s representative of numerous downtown buildings including 100 William St. and 95/99 Wall St. Over the years, he was responsible for successful leasing campaigns in such buildings as Tower 56, 505 Park Ave. and 150 E. 52 St. He has also been the landlord's agent on many other properties, including 1180 Ave. of the Americas, 12 E. 41 St., 280 Park Ave. West and RiverPark in Norwalk, Conn.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Michaels has been granted the graduate real estate institute designation from New York University. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

The Corcoran Group announced that Judy Oston has joined the firm as a townhouse specialist in its Westside Gallery office. Oston brings with her 22 years of experience in selling townhouses on the Upper West Side, the Upper East Side, Clinton, and Harlem.

Starting with the conversion of brownstones to co-op status in the 1970's and then developing her expertise in selling single-family and multi-unit buildings, Oston has become an expert on townhouses. In 2000, she was involved in townhouse sales totaling more than $20 million, and cooperative and condominium sales totaling more than $6 million.

For the past 10 years, Oston has published "Townhouse Newsletter," which outlines the latest trends and sales figures in New York City townhouses.

Insignia/ESG announced that Roy Chipkin has been promoted to managing director. Chipkin, who works in the Long Island office, has been with the firm since 1997.

Chipkin's career in commercial real estate spans more than two decades where he has been active in both tenant and owner representation assignments and has strong ties with many of the municipal authorities. Chipkin provides representation to the Lefrak Organization's 1 million SF Queens office portfolio and the Bayside Office Tower for Samuel Mindel. He also represented the Triad Organization for more than 20 years in the leasing of their 560,000 SF complex in Lake Success.

Chipkin began his career at Sutton & Towne and, from 1978 to 1996, he was the leasing agent at the Triad Office-Park in Lake Success. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and has been a student of the New York University's Real Estate Institute. Chipkin is also on the board of directors of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and lives in Jericho.

Gale & Wentworth announced the appointment of Mark J. Williams as vice president of human resources.

Williams has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field, having served as the manager of human resources services at BMW of North America, LLC. In his new position, he will be responsible for recruiting, training, performance management, organization development, strategic planning, labor and employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Throughout his career, Williams has served as a manager of human resource services for BMW, as a regional human resources manager for Nissan Motor Corporation, and as a manager of human resources and planning for the Morristown Memorial Hospital. He has also been employed at The Staten Island University Hospital and St. Vincent's Medical Center in Staten Island.

Williams resides in Mendham, N.J. with his wife and four children. -He holds an M.S. from Columbia University and a B.A. from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, Penn.

Friedman Alpren & Green LLP announced that Eddie C. Wong has been admitted as a partner at the firm. Wong is an audit specialist and currently serves as the director of Asian-American business. He specializes in working with entrepreneurial Asian-American business owners in the United States.

Michael Blumenfeld of West Windsor, N.J., has joined Kushner Companies as director of development.

With 31 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, planning and development, Blumenfeld is responsible for overseeing the acquisition of new properties for Kushner Companies. A registered architect, Blumenfeld is also instrumental in handling architectural and planning reviews for Kushner Companies' proposed and ongoing projects.

Prior to joining Kushner Companies, Blumenfeld was vice president for land acquisitions and development at Robertson Douglas Group. His past experience also includes serving as director of urban park planning for the New York City Department of Parks. He has also worked as designer, project manager and construction manager for a number of developments.

Blumenfeld is currently an adjunct professor of architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He earned a bachelor's degree in architecture at Miami University and completed his master's degree in landscape architecture at the State University of New York in Syracuse. He has also completed coursework at the New York University. Real Estate Institute.
