Hayes' experience in the construction industry includes institutional and governmental projects such as schools, government buildings, corrections and other institutional projects. During his tenure at York Hunter, Hayes has managed in excess of $150 million of projects. As division engineer for a $500 million New York City Capital Construction program consisting of approximately 20 correctional facility projects, he managed the construction of various Rikers Island detention, housing and support facilities. Robert McCulley (photo) joined York Hunter in 1989 as project manager. He was subsequently appointed to project executive and more recently director of operations. As vice president of operations, McCulley will be in charge of the Northern New Jersey office located in Newark, NJ, and will report to the president of York Hunter's Atlantic Region, Ted Domuracki.

McCulley has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry and has been responsible for the construction of institutional, governmental, commercial and residential facilities.

McCulley holds a degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University, College of Engineering.
