Golubchik has been appointed to the position of vice president of administration. In her new role she reports to Ken Colao. Glenn Popowitz has been promoted to director of property management with Westminster Management Company, the property management division of Kushner Companies, announced Richard Stadtmauer, managing director of the organization.

In his new position, Popowitz will supervise Kushner Companies' northern region multifamily housing portfolio. This includes more than 50 apartment complexes, totaling more than 12,000 units in New Jersey's Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, and Union counties.

A resident of Suffern, N.Y., Popowitz joined Kushner Companies in 1996 as the property manager of a single apartment complex. He has consistently assumed additional responsibilities during the past four years.
