Prior to joining Kushner, Blumenfeld was vice president for land acquisitions and development at Robertson Douglas Group. His past experience also includes serving as director of Urban Park Planning for the New York City Department of Parks.

Blumenfeld, of West Windsor, N.J., is currently an adjunct professor of architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has promoted Ted J. Barnholdt to the position of managing director of strategic agency services.

Since joining the company's Midtown Manhattan office in early 1999, Barnholdt has served as an account manager of national portfolios for multiple property owners, with clients ranging from major U.S. institutions to offshore high-net-worth individuals. During his 19-year career in real estate, Barnholdt has experienced diverse perspectives, as a lawyer, developer, landlord, tenant, investor, divestor, and service provider. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he handled corporate investment real estate for Citigroup, New York Life, and JCPenney.

Barnholdt is a licensed real estate broker in New York State and a member of the American Bar Association American Bar Association (ABA), voluntary organization of lawyers admitted to the bar of any state. Founded (1878) largely through the efforts of the Connecticut Bar Association, it is devoted to improving the administration of justice, seeking uniformity of law . He is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and an alumni of Duke University.

O'Dea, Lynch, Abbattlsta Consulting Engineers announced the addition of Lyle R. Shute as a senior mechanical engineer in its New York office.

A resident of Chester, N.Y., Shute holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University. He is currently pursuing a graduate degree in business from Iona College. Prior to joining the firm, Shute worked as a senior engineer for McGoey, Hauser & Edsall Consulting Engineers. He is a registered professional engineer in both New York and Pennsylvania.

Kenneth R. Enos has been promoted to senior director at Sutton & Edwards/TCN Worldwide.Enos formerly served as director of the company's investment division.

He joined the firm in 1995 and has been responsible for approximately $150 million in transactions for such clients as Bank Leumi USA, General Electric Capital Corporation, and Roslyn Savings Bank. Prior to joining Sutton & Edwards, he served as vice president with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, associate broker with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., and vice president and assistant director with Dime Savings Bank.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Dennis R. Irvin has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an executive director. He will be working on major advisory/transaction assignments with a team of brokerage professionals headed by vice chairman August DiRenzo.

Prior to joining the company, Irvin was a senior member of J.P. Morgan/Chase Securities, Inc.'s real estate investment banking group in New York. Irvin has experience in all aspects of real estate, including a background in corporate finance, real estate investment banking, and corporate real estate advisory services.

During his career, Irvin has-been involved in a broad range of transactions that included asset sales, such as the $3.25 billion privatization of the World Trade Center for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.
