Insignia/ESG Inc. announced that Karen Daly has been appointed executive managing director of the company's Philadelphia operations. She assumes the responsibility for overseeing the company's strategic services provider program and developing new business opportunities in the mid-Atlantic region.

Daly most recently oversaw Insignia/ESG's property services operations in the New England, New York, and the mid-Atlantic region. She has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, with emphasis on operations, asset management, brokerage oversight and interaction, financing, and development

The Staubach Company announced that Stevan Sandberg has joined the firm as president of its advisory services. Sandberg, based in Staubach's New York office, will direct the group that will formalize the firm's existing strategic planning services and financial consulting capabilities.

Prior to joining Staubach, Sandberg spent more than 13 years as a top executive with Cushman & Wakefield. Most recently he served as executive managing director of the company's advisory services group, and was a member of its board of directors and its executive committee.

Niedzwiecki has more than 30 years of experience in urban planning, mixed-use development, and R&D.
