David Kuperberg, President of Cooper Square Realty, Inc., has named Tal Eyal (photo), a vice president of the firm. His responsibilities will include directing a growing commercial management portfolio.

Eyal, who has been serving as Senior Managing Director of Cooper Square, joined the firm in 1990. Prior to that, he was a captain in the Israeli Army. Pehlivanian, who has four years of construction management and design experience, will now be responsible for advising on real estate development deals, as well as performing financial analysis and performa at the New York-based firm.

Prior to joining Georgia Malone & Company, Pehlivanian worked as an engineer for the City of Akron Bureau of Engineering. While at the Bureau of Engineering, Pehlivanian worked with a licensed architect and managed the design of multiple capital improvement projects. The remainder of his time at the Bureau of Engineering was spent managing the construction of these projects, including overseeing the $4 million renovation of the Firestone Stadium. Pehlivanian earned his MBA in finance and his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron Enrollment in fall 2006 was 23,539 students.[1] The school offers more than 200 undergraduate degrees [2] and 100 graduate degrees [3]. Ferris will play a key role in providing site selection and lease negotiation services to national retailers looking to locate in malls or shopping centers.
