Bishop comes to MANA with a broad range of experience in the agricultural and horticultural industries. He has held various sales and marketing positions with Bayer and its predecessor companies, and Zeneca. Most recently he has been involved in an entrepreneurial role at McDonnell Horticulture horticulture [Lat. hortus=garden], science and art of gardening and of cultivating fruits, vegetables, flowers, and ornamental plants. Horticulture generally refers to small-scale gardening, and agriculture to the growing of field crops, usually on a large scale, although the distinction is not always precise (for example, market gardening could be classed either way). as commercial operations manager.
