MAN JAILED FOR LEWD CONDUCT IN RAGING WATERS CASE.

A man suspected of videotaping young girls in bathing suits at Raging Waters Raging Waters is the name of three water theme parks located in Sacramento, San Dimas, and San Jose, California, USA. They are the largest water parks in the state of California.  in San Dimas Dimas can refer to:

 Alan Noriega, 34, of Burbank was arraigned Thursday before Pomona Court South Judge Jack P. Hunt on three counts of lewd conduct with a minor, because Noriega also was suspected of touching the girls by pulling up on their bathing suits, Deputy District Attorney Kim Santini said.

Noriega's alleged offense was in touching the girls, not videotaping them, Santini said. For example, photographing someone on a beach in a bathing suit is not illegal because they have no expectation of privacy, she said.

None of the photos Noriega took of the girls was in dressing rooms, bathrooms or other places considered private places, Santini said.

The victims are ages 7, 9 and 10, the deputy district attorney said.

Noriega pleaded not guilty to the charges and will be back in court Friday for discussion of a possible plea bargain plea bargain n. in criminal procedure, a negotiation between the defendant and his attorney on one side and the prosecutor on the other, in which the defendant agrees to plead "guilty" or "no contest" to some crimes, in return for reduction of the severity of the .

The case came to the attention of authorities when parents of the girls heard what happened, Santini said.
