MAN INJURED IN SHOOTING IN LANCASTER.

An 18-year-old Lancaster man was shot in the neck Friday in an altercation with two men who accused him and two teen-age companions of being gang members, authorities said.

``His two friends came in really choked up. They said a fight broke out and their friend was shot.
