A man suspected of threatening people with a shotgun shotgun: see small arms.

Authorities were notified about 7 a.m. that the man had brandished the weapon in his residence on Stillmore Street.

When deputies arrived, the other residents of the home were outside, leaving the suspect inside.

After deputies contacted the man by phone, he came outside and surrendered, according to the statement.

The suspect, identified as Joe Durwood, 32, was arrested on suspicion of making a terrorist threat, and bail was set at $50,000.
