A 21-year-old Castaic man said a man and a teen forcibly took his iPod as he was walking from a bus stop to the Westfield Valencia Town Center mall. Shortly before 4 p.m., a 20-year-old Canyon Country man was robbed of his iPod after stepping off a bus near Soledad Canyon Road and Grandiflores Road. While driving to the second call, deputies saw a man who matched the description of one of the thieves seated on a bus bench, according to a sheriff's report. The youth was nearby, apparently hiding the iPods behind a wall, the report said.
