Cinemark at Antelope Valley Mall opened its doors Thursday in a preview for civic leaders and a fundraiser for Grace Resource Center, the Lancaster food bank. Operated by Texas-based Cinemark, the same company that operates Antelope antelope, name applied to a large number of hoofed, ruminant mammals of the cattle family (Bovidae), which also includes the sheep and goats.
