MAIRS LEAVES GERBER

 FREMONT, Mich., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Gerber Products Company (NYSE: GEB) announced E. Curtis Mairs, executive vice president, human resources, has left the company for personal reasons. Mairs joined Gerber in July 1989 as director - productivity and organization and was elected executive vice president in October 1992.
 Kristina Kiley, associate general counsel and corporate secretary, has been named director, human resources, and will assume responsibilities for the human resources function. Kiley will remain corporate secretary.
