MADISON SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT ACQUIRES FILM LIBRARY

 NEW YORK, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Sports & Entertainment Group, Inc., Kingston, N.Y., announced that it has acquired a film library of over 1,200 great classics valued at over $6 million from CK & Associates of Chicago. According to Joseph Radcliffe, chairman of Madison, the purchase was for cash and stock.
 The films include "Birth of a Nation" (1915), "Heidi" (1954), "Who's on First" with Abbott & Costello, "The Jackie Robinson Story," "Charade" with Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant, "Tarzan," "The Chase," "Cisco Kid Returns," "The Golden Age of Comedy" (1957), "Home in Oklahoma" with Gene Autry, "The Mummy," and Dick Tracy films. Over 200 films are in Spanish.
 Madison is public company traded on NASDAQ Bulletin Board (NASDAQ: MSET). Its operations include: sports and entertainment management, celebrity endorsements and memorabilia, and development of emerging sports.
