M.A. HANNA INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND 7 PERCENT

 CLEVELAND, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of the M.A. Hanna Company (NYSE: MAH; CHX) has declared a 7 percent increase in its quarterly dividend raising it to $.1875 per share of common stock. This is the sixth dividend increase in six years. The dividend is payable on Dec. 13, 1993, to shareholders of record on Nov. 24, 1993.
 M.A. Hanna Company is a leading international specialty chemicals company. Primary businesses of M.A. Hanna are plastics and rubber compounding, color and additive concentrates, distribution of engineered plastics shapes and resins, and manufactured polymer products.
