LynuxWorks and UXComm announced today that UXComm has joined LynuxWorks' SynergyWorks Alliance Program. The first product made available under the program is UXComm's XTend Management(TM) for the data communications and telecommunications systems and network processor markets. Consisting of XTend Tools(TM) and XTend Engine(TM), XTend Management offers a complete, embeddable solution for the unified management and control of embedded components, systems and services with BlueCat Linux and LynxOS operating systems.

UXComm's XTend Management provides a pre-integrated, rapidly deployed solution for management of telecommunications and data communications systems and services via Web, CLI (1) (Call Level Interface) A database programming interface from the SQL Access Group (SAG), an SQL membership organization. SAG's CLI is an attempt to standardize the SQL language for database access. , XML XML
