Lynn Shapiro Snyder to Join Trustmark Board.

), will be joining the board of directors of Trustmark Mutual Holding Company. The announcement was made by Trustmark Chairman J. Grover Thomas Jr.

At the quarterly meeting held June 2, Snyder was unanimously selected by Trustmark's directors to fill the seat created when the board was recently expanded to 11 directors. She will participate in all board functions as a nonvoting director until she can be formally elected to the board, which will be no later than March 2007, according to according to
