Lynn B. Bernstein (photo), office leasing specialist at CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Stamford, Connecticut, has been named vice president.

For more than 12-years Bernstein has ranked among the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Fairfield County. Major sales transactions in which she has participated include the $170 million sale of the American Can headquarters in Greenwich, and Wilton Plaza, an 83,000 square-foot office building in Wilton. Among the tenants she has represented in lease negotiations are Nabisco Brands, Inc., Stauffer Chemical Company, Digital Equipment Corp., Apple Computer and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Her earlier career was as a securities broker with the Stamford office of Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith; and with LMH Asset Management where she worked primarily with corporate pension plan portfolios. A Westport resident, she was graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. degree from Simmons College, Boston. Recently she completed all course requirements for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
