Lydon going Public again; RE-FORMING.PUNK rock legend John Lydon is to re-form Public Image Ltd - the band he started after the Sex Pistols' dramatic break up.Lydon will be touring with PIL (Publishing Interchange Language) A standard for document interchange that defines the placement of text and graphics objects on the page. It does not address the content of the objects. PIL - Procedure Implementation Language. for the first time in 17 years to mark the 30th anniversary of their acclaimed Metal Box album. He said: "The guys were up for it, minus Jah Wobble wobble /wob·ble/ (wob´'l) to move unsteadily or unsurely back and forth or from side to side. See under hypothesis. wob·ble n. 1. , and it felt like the right time." But he admitted: "I sound like a bag of kittens thrown down the staircase."
