Lydall projects 1993 sales, adds to board of directors.

Leonard Jaskol, chairman and chief executive officer of Lydall, Manchester, CT, the 18th largest manufacturer of nonwoven roll goods, projected 1993 sales figures at the company's annual stockholders meeting. Mr. Jaskol estimated that sales for 1993 will be $158-160 million, an increase from the 1992 sales of $151.1 million.

For the first quarter ending March 31, 1993, Lydall reported sales of $38.2 million, down from the $38.6 million figure of a year ago. Net income increased, however, from $2.3 million to $2.8 million.

In other Lydall news, Raymond Lanzi, president of Lydall's Southern Products Division and Elliott Whitely, president of the company's Technical Papers Division, were added to the company's board of directors.
