Luzerne County community college motorsports program recognized.

Luzerne County Community College, Nanticoke, Pa., Motorsports Technology Program graduates have had no trouble finding employment despite the tough economic times of the past few years. Thanks to the hands on nature of coursework and training from instructors who work in the field, students go directly into the workforce with little need for on the job training.

The Motorsports Technology Program was recently featured in Drag Racing drag racing

Form of motor racing in which two contestants race side by side from a standing start over a straight quarter-mile strip of pavement. Winners go on to compete against others in their class until only one is left undefeated.
