Luxury tower offering 24,000 s/f of space in latest 'it' spot.

Chelsea Landmark, a 38-story, luxury rental building, is nearing completion in Chelsea. The building, with its residential entrance located at 55 W. 25th St., features approximately 24,300 s/f of retail space.

Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director of commercial leasing for Rose Associates, Inc., is marketing the retail space. Chelsea Landmark is a joint development of Marine Estates and Rose Associates. Rose, the New York-based developer and manager, is the exclusive leasing agent for both the residential and retail space at the building.

Chelsea Landmark's retail component includes approximately 17,000 s/f of street-level retail space, with frontage along the entire eastern block front of Sixth Avenue between West 25th and West 26th streets, as well as significant frontage on West 25th and West 26th streets. Chelsea Landmark also offers approximately 7,300 s/f of lower-level retail space.

Designed by Costas Kondylis Costas Kondylis and Partners, LLP, is an architectural firm headquartered in Manhattan.
