Luxury loft condominiums to be constructed in TriBeCa. (Residential).

Ground will be broken this fall on The Hubert, an eagerly anticipated "one-of-a-kind" luxury loft condominium residence to be built on the southeast corner of Hubert and Collister Streets in the heart of Tribeca's historical district.

The striking residence, which is being developed by WXII/Hubert Street, will be this neighborhood's first ground-up condominium since the same sponsor team - famous for building the highly acclaimed 515 Park Ave. - introduced 124 Hudson St. to Tribeca last year. The new 16-story condominium, located at Seven Hubert Street, is bringing a remarkable diversity of product to the market - 24 spacious floor plans in a building of only 33 units, including "connoisseur" lofts, townhouses and maisonette properties.
