Luxury caterer takes up residence at Atelier.The Moinian Group has completed a transaction with Capitale's Seth Greenberg Seth Greenberg is the current head basketball coach for the Virginia Tech Hokies men's basketball team. Greenberg is currently in his fourth season as head coach of the Hokies. In his first three seasons, he led the Hokies to an overall record of 45-44. who signed a 10-year lease for 15,000 s/f of retail space on the street level of Atelier, a 46-story condominium tower located between 10th and 11th avenues. At Atelier, Seth Greenberg will establish a midtown outpost of his popular Capitale, a luxury event space and catering facility the first of which is located at the dramatic Bowery Savings Bank The Bowery Savings Bank of New York City was chartered in May of 1834 and was changed in November of 1985 to The State Bowery Savings Bank. Buildings The first headquarters at 130 Bowery was designed by Stanford White, from the firm of McKim, Mead, and White, and built space. Capitale, located on Bowery, is one of New York's most exclusive event venues, frequented by celebrities, designers, socialites and entertainers. "Mr. Greenberg's restaurants and event spaces deliver a high level of quality and elegance that is in keeping with the spirit of Atelier," said Joseph Moinian, Chief Executive Officer of The Moinian Group. "We are thrilled to welcome Capitale to Atelier and this exciting new neighborhood." The Moinian Group was represented in-house by Daniel Gohari, vice president and director of commercial assets. Lori Shabtai and Monica Kass of Winick Realty Group represented Capitale. Greenberg has developed numerous hotspots in Boston including Mistral Mis·tral , Frédéric 1830-1914.
