There was active Lutheran participation in the consecration and installation of David N. Ashdown as diocesan bishop A bishop in charge of a diocese. These are to be distinguished from suffragan bishops, assistant bishops, coadjutor bishops, Auxiliary Bishops, or metropolitans or primates.  of Keewatin on Jan. 31 at St. Alban's Cathedral in Kenora, Ont. The sermon was delivered by Rev. Larry Brotherton of the Lutheran church. Bishop Richard Smith Richard Smith is the name of:
