LumenVox Announces Speech Engine v7.5 at SpeechTEK.

The Speech Engine v7.5 is a flexible API that performs speech recognition on audio data from any audio source on Linux or Windows. In an effort to support the widest range of operating systems, Sun SPARC (Scalable Performance ARChitecture) A family of RISC CPUs from Sun that runs mostly under Sun's Solaris, but also under Linux and BSD operating systems. After development began in the mid-1980s by David Patterson of the University of California at Berkeley and Bill  Solaris support has also been added to the Speech Engine. Representatives from LumenVox will be available for product demonstrations at booth 402 at SpeechTEK and presenting at seminars and panels throughout the show.
