-- Grand Opening party for IT'Z, benefiting UNM Children's Hospital
-- Lt. Governor Diane Denish will preside over the ribbon cutting
ceremony along with Hazel Tull-Leach, Executive Director,
Development & Marketing, UNM Hospitals, and Children's Miracle
Network twins Jasmine & Max, this year's UNM Children's Hospital
ambassadors
-- Over 3,000 attendees are expected throughout the evening from
invitations distributed to families throughout Albuquerque as well
as UNM Hospitals donors
-- UNM Children's Hospital will be accepting donations and selling
various goods to raise funds for their needs
-- This event signifies the final completion of IT'Z, where families
create great memories with food and fun. IT'Z has been under a soft
opening period since July 31, 2006, but today marks the official
completion of all 53,000 sq. ft.
-- Press members are invited after ceremony to enjoy dinner at IT'Z
-- Complimentary dinner includes salads, pizzas, pastas, hot soups,
baked potatoes and desserts
Who:
Members of the New Mexico press including radio, television,
newspaper, magazine and Internet. Over 3,000 invited guests will also
be in attendance throughout the evening including Albuquerque city
council members, UNM Hospital officials and more.
