As part of a three-year program funded by the North Carolina Health and Wellness Trust Fund Commission (NCHWTF), RCCHC has been instrumental in advancing the medical services provided to all citizens in the Roanoke Chowan River Basin region - particularly those in underserved rural communities who do not have access or insurance coverage for standard health care.
