AFTER seven years as an advertising manager, Terry Lowe decided to step out on his own and start his own publishing company: Timeless timeless,

 Communication Inc. in Tarzana. The company produces two magazines geared for professionals in the concert and movie production industries. Each title has a circulation of about 20,000 among those who work behind the scenes in theater, television and film.
