Low DK dielectric. (Off the shelf: machines materials tools systems software).
Microlam 630 low-loss dielectric consists of BT resin with a
toughening matrix. Is said to provide CAF CAF - constant applicative form reliability, is planar and is
buried via filling capable. Reportedly has a dielectric constant dielectric constant n. See permittivity. of 2.6,
loss tangent of 0.004, and is stable in frequencies from 1 MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. A one-megahertz clock (1 MHz) means some number of bits (16, 32, 64, etc. to 40 GHz
and temperatures of -55[degrees] to 200[degrees]C. Comes in sheets or
rolls.
