Louis Phillip Naple, Sr.

COLORADO SPRINGS Colorado Springs, city (1990 pop. 281,140), seat of El Paso co., central Colo., on Monument and Fountain creeks, at the foot of Pikes Peak; inc. 1886. It is a year-round resort and a booming military, technological, and commercial city. , CO Louis Phillip Naple, Sr., 84, made his home in Colorado Springs, CO, died on March 23, 2009. Louis was born on August 1, 1924 to Louis and Rose (Shackett) Naple in Worcester, MA. Louis joined the Marine Corps 1941-1945, served in World War II in the Pacific was in the 2nd Marine Division, 8th Mar. and was awarded three purple hearts.
