Louis Dreyfus Property Group, an international real estate company, has announced the availability of 60,000 square feet of prime office space at Ten Westport Road, a 200,000 square-foot corporate head quarters building it owns and manages in Wilton, CT.

The space, which is located on two floors of 30,000 square feet each, is being vacated in 2001 by Louis Dreyfus Corporation Dreyfus Corporation is a leading mutual fund financial firm founded in 1951. It is an industry leader having been the first to advertise to consumers, and create a high yield fund. Though it has its main office in New York City, it is a subsidiary of Pittsburgh based Mellon Financial. , which is moving its headquarters to Twenty Westport Road, a 835,000 square foot office complex under construction adjacent to Ten Westport Road. News America Inc. recently signed a lease for approximately 110,000 square feet at Twenty Westport Road. The company is moving its News America Marketing divisional headquarters to the new building. Occupancy is anticipated in the summer of 2001.
