Sue Carleo was named as acting president at Los Angeles Valley College. Carleo will replace Tyree Wieder who retires in June. She will remain in the position until a permanent president is named in December. Prior to the appointment Carleo was Senior Vice Chancellor of Human Resources for the Los Angeles Community College District.
