Looking good.

I've just received the March-April issue of CW, and it's terrific! Readable, legible and interesting. These old eyes thank you for the font change and the glossy stock. I especially like your more frequent use of the three-column format, with its shorter, easier-to-read columns. Your new use of subheads in ink colors other than black livens up the publication and also pulls the reader in. Moreover, the article topics and titles seem livelier, saying to the reader, "Let's not Let's Not is a science fiction short story by Isaac Asimov. It was first published in Boston University Graduate Journal in December 1954. It was written for no payment as a favour to the journal, and later appeared in the collection Buy Jupiter.  miss this one!"

Congratulations on a job well done.

I would just like to thank you and the whole CW team for the new look of the magazine. I have been struggling ever since the last redesign. I found myself reading and rereading the same sentences in order to concentrate. I, too, had trouble distinguishing between ads and the main text. Overall, I think the move to a more human and less machinistic look is fabulous for the reader. Design elements seem to make sense now, whereas for the past couple of years they seemed to be pointless and counterproductive bells and whistles A slang English term for exceptional features in some product.
