Revenues for the three months ended November 30, 2004 were $10.1 million. For the three month period ended December 31, 2003, revenue was $12.0 million. The decline in revenue per month was the result of a lower subscriber base in 2004. Gross margin was $4.7 million for the three months ended November 30, 2004 and $6.4 million for the three month period ended December 31, 2003. EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) A metric used to show a company's profitability, but not its cash flow.
