:LPTI) announced Friday the signing of a joint research agreement with the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy's and St. Thomas Hospitals of London ("UMDS UMDS United Medical and Dental Schools ").

The agreement establishes an exclusive two year research project on high frequency ultrasound imaging for wound assessment. The company also announced that some of its key personnel and their role in the company's wound healing program, including Dyson, will be the subject of a segment appearing on the regional television news magazine PrimeTime. The show, produced by the Philadelphia area based ABC ABC
 in full American Broadcasting Co.
